1. How to block unwanted messages / DND registration?
To avoid receiving promotional messages from unauthorized sources, you can register for Do Not Disturb (DND):

• Via your telecom operator’s mobile app or website
• Using the official TRAI DND App
• By sending an SMS or calling 1909

You may choose to

• Block all commercial messages, or
• Block messages based on your interest categories (e.g., finance, education, health)

2. Awareness about 1600-series verified service/transactional numbers
To ensure safe communication, all authorized calls from Trillionloans originate from verified 160-series numbers: 1600-313-764.

• Never trust unknown numbers requesting OTPs or financial information.
• We will never ask for your OTP, PIN, or account credentials over the phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

3. How to report spam/fraud calls and messages?
If you are still receiving SPAM calls even after your number is on DND. File a complaint via:

• Your telecom provider’s mobile app
• The TRAI DND App
• By calling or texting 1909

If you are receiving a suspicious message or call? Report it within 30 days of receiving the call/communication on Chakshu:

4. What to do in case of financial fraud or cybercrime ?
